Dhinta Foster – New Product Development
Dhinta joins us from Bank of America where she worked as part of their Global FX Sales team. Having also gained experience in Macro research with Dutch firm ING, Dhinta is perfectly placed to understand the growing needs of our clients. Her strong financial background and programming skills will help Amplify develop and deliver new solutions for effective financial market training across the UK and world-wide.
Projects include our new Fintech simulation to deliver blockchain training and a more succinct way to match aspiring candidates with opportunities in the financial sector. Underlying our technology is a push to promote diversity and talent acquisition outside of the traditional recruiting channels.
A talented musician and a keen fitness enthusiast, Dhinta spends her free time often playing or composing music and is currently training for the 2018 Athens Marathon with Amplify’s MD, Will de Lucy! She enjoys boxing and surfing and is passionate about issues in behavioral science, public policy and mental health awareness.
Rita Joseph – Data Analyst
Coming to Amplify as an MPhys Physics graduate, Rita will be integral to the continued development of our simulation technology. Rita will be working with the team to extract the most insightful analysis from the data generated from our technology. From a candidates’ resilience and market making ability, to variability in voice communication, Rita will mine the diamonds in the data!
During her studies Rita spent a year as a Physics Ambassador with the aim of increasing diversity within STEM subjects in the South East of England. In addition, Rita spent a year as a research assistant investigating semiconductors in the in the telecommunications industry, where she became a published author in respected scientific journals.
In her free time, Rita is an avid reader of fiction novels and can be found in the gym, if not lifting weights, teaching herself to swim.
